Who Pays for Service Calls?

FMB doesn't charge for repairs under normal conditions. In contrast, most wireless Internet Service Providers ("WISPs") charge for on-site service calls.

Accountability

Knowing we will bear the cost of repairing the customer premises equipment ("CPE"), we make sure we do it right the first time. For example, it's up to us to install the best CPE in a way that is least vulnerable to weather-related and other malfunctions.
