Outlook 2003
This section describes the steps to configure Windows Outlook 2003 for Farm to Market email service.
- Start Outlook 2003.
- Click Tools > E-mail Accounts, the E-mail Accounts window is displayed.
- Click Add a new e-mail account and click next. The Server Type window is displayed.
- Click POP3 and click Next. The Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window is displayed.
- Enter your name and full E-mail address.
- Incoming mail server is mail.farm-market.net (or mail.yourdomain.com (net etc) if you host your domain with Farm to Market) in both the incoming and outgoing mail server boxes.
- Under Logon Information, enter your full email address in User Name and enter your password.
- Click More Settings and select Outgoing Server tab.
- Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication check box and make sure Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected.
- Click OK.
- Click Next and Click Finish. The email account is now set up.
