Outlook 2003

This section describes the steps to configure Windows Outlook 2003 for Farm to Market email service.

1. Start Outlook 2003.
2. Click Tools > E-mail Accounts, the E-mail Accounts window is displayed.
   
3. Click Add a new e-mail account and click next. The Server Type window is displayed.
   
4. Click POP3 and click Next. The Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window is displayed.
   
5. Enter your name and full E-mail address.
6. Incoming mail server is mail.farm-market.net (or mail.yourdomain.com (net etc) if you host your domain with Farm to Market) in both the incoming and outgoing mail server boxes.
7. Under Logon Information, enter your full email address in User Name and enter your password.
8. Click More Settings and select Outgoing Server tab.
   
9. Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication check box and make sure Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected.
10. Click OK.
11. Click Next and Click Finish. The email account is now set up.
