Definitions of Terms

FMB

FMB means Farm to Market Broadband, LP, a Texas limited partnership.

CPE: Customer Premises Equipment

CPE means customer premises equipment: the antenna, processor board, radio, enclosure, and cabling that connects the customer's home or business to FMB's network.

Interior Network

An interior network is a network or part of a network that is not owned by FMB and is inside a building. This does not include a network or part of a network that is not owned by FMB and that allows electronic communication between two or more buildings.

Normal Conditions

Normal conditions include routine use and severe weather. Exclusions from normal conditions include, but are not limited to, alteration or damage to the CPE by the customer or the customer's family members, employees, associates, agents, or livestock, or by vandals, criminals, rodents or other pests.
