Farm to Market Broadband ('FMB') invites our customers to discover their customer portal. The customer portal allows you to log in via a secure connection to your FMB account. There you can:

The Trouble Ticket System

In the trouble-ticket system, you can create a trouble ticket that informs FMB tech support of a problem with your service. Trouble tickets are permanent records. Through FMB's customer portal you can view them and other tickets on your account, as well as add information to them. When using the trouble-ticket system, FMB asks you to provide as much information as possible, including date and time of the problem. The more pertinent detail you provide, the faster FMB can solve your issue.

Gaining Access

To gain access to your customer portal, please call FMB tech support at 254-697-6710 or toll-free 866-208-8522 and request access. Please have a user name and a password ready. Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.* Your user name and password will be important; they will protect your private account information. Once you provide your username and password, tech support will activate your portal and give you instructions for access to your account.

Always Available

After you've gained access, you can use your portal any time, twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year.

There will, of course, be occasional need for maintenance that will take the portal offline. When possible, FMB will schedule those brief periods when customers are least likely to be using the portal.
