  • We are happy to help with other technical support issues, such as email configuration,.

  • As explained on our Definitions page, the electronic equipment that connects a customer's home or business to FMB's network is called the customer premises equipment or "CPE", and you might hear us refer to it by that name.

  • On-site technical support and repairs are available for connection problems that cannot be solved over the phone. If a malfunction of our equipment at your site or on one of our towers occurs under normal conditions, the service call is free of charge. For problems resulting from a customer's damage or alteration to our equipment, or from other events excluded from normal conditions, on-site assistance will be billed to the customer at $85.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum.

  • We focus on keeping our network and customer premises equipment running at peak performance. That focus prevents us from servicing problems with customers' computers or interior networks. If we send a technician to a customer's home or business for a problem that turns out to be in the customer's computer or interior network or exterior network on which we have no maintenance contract, our technician's trip will be billed to the customer at $85.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Our technician, however, will not be able to assist with the problem.

General

  • Most of our systems are automated, and while we monitor them closely, a glitch can arise at any time. If you experience a problem, please contact us immediately.

  • We will notify you in advance of shut-downs we schedule for routine maintenance.
